Join our team and help us grow and develop our corporate travel business segment.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Providing the full range of tourist services requested by the client (airline tickets, internal / external accommodation, insurance, rent – a – car, etc.), in accordance with the specific operational standards and internal working procedures.
  • Permanent communication with the client, in order to better understand the specific needs and requirements and to provide personalized solutions.
  • Providing all necessary information to the client, as well as any other required information.
  • Issuing the related payment documents and monitoring the payment.

We are looking for a colleague with:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing in Amadeus. Knowing the Saber system is an advantage.
  • Experience in tourism and corporate travel is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education diploma (tourism studies are an advantage).
  • Very good knowledge of external / internal destinations and hoteliers.
  • Fluent English. Knowing a second foreign language is an advantage.
  • Customer orientation, very good resistance to stress, very good communication and organization capacity, autonomy, attention to detail, orientation towards finding solutions.
