Responsibilities:

• It responds to the billing activity for tickets issued by ticketing agents;
• Provide backup for corporate clients own operating systems;
• Provide backup for reporting activity to both corporate clients and senior executives in the company ;
• Ensure the backup for the visa department;

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially of the Excel package;

It is an advantage:

• Amadeus operating knowledge, basic level;
• Knowledge about tourist packages;
• Working in different tourist package booking platforms;
• Knowledge of the process of obtaining visas;

Abilities:

• Ability to analyze and synthesize, organize and plan;
• Very good communication skills, customer-oriented, attention to details;
