Happy Tour is looking for a Business Development Manager (HUNTER) in the Corporate Travel division to generate new business opportunities and further develop the corporate client portfolio.

- Prospecting the market and contacting potential corporate clients to incorporate them into the company’s portfolio.
- Developing and managing new business relationships, generating and negotiating new revenue with focus on performance and growth.
- Analysis of the business travel budget and expenditure management by generating reports, approval solutions and savings strategies.
- Presenting the services of potential corporate clients, effective promotion using multiple channels: telephone, emails, face-to-face meetings, partnerships.
- Understand the complexity of the business in terms of the needs of potential corporate clients, key trade indicators and market profile.
- Monitoring, analyzing, documenting and participating in profile auctions.
- Propose and develop new strategies aimed at attracting new corporate clients and developing the company’s business.
- Constant participation in networking events: meetings, events, round tables, meetings of Chambers of Commerce, Embassies, events from the public or private economic environment, etc.
- Competition monitoring
- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales; experience in corporate sales in tourism is an asset.
- Very good abilities of relationship, communication and negotiation.
- Professionally built networking and the ability to adapt to the environment and interlocutors. Developed organizational and planning skills.
- Initiative, team spirit and ability to take responsibility.
- The educated person, fundamentally honest, diplomatic, tenacious, able to learn quickly, with an analytical, pragmatic thought, with attention to detail.
- The dynamic, flexible person able to prioritize their activity, to have the responsibility for performance and to want to progress permanently.
- A good acquaintance of English.
