  • Providing the full range of tourist services requested by the client (airline tickets, domestic/external accomodation, insurance, rent – a – car, etc.), in accordance with the specific operational standards and the internal working procedures.
  • Permanent communication with the client, in order to better understand the specific needs and requirements and to provide personalized solutions.
  • Provide all necesary infromation to the client as well as any other required information.
  • Issuing the related payment documents and monitoring the payment.


  • Minimum 3 years experience in ticketing in the Saber system. Knowledge of the Amadeus system is an asset.
  • Experience in tourism and corporate travel is an asset.
  • Higher education diploma or higher education in progress (tourism studies are an asset).
  • Very good knowledge of foreign / domestic destinations and hoteliers.
  • Fluent English, a second foreign language is an advantage.
  • Customer orientation, very good communication and organization capacity, autonomy, attention to detail, orientation towards finding solution.
