Objective:
Providing ticketing services for the corporate clients of the company;

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring activity of Amadeus ticketing system, under specific operating standards and internal working procedures.
• Continuous communication with customers in order to understand their specific needs and offer the best customized solutions.
• Providing to clients all the information necessary to perform in the best conditions for travelling;
• Making billing operation and monitoring of payment.

Requirements:

• Operating Certificate in Amadeus;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing, Amadeus system;
• University degree or almost completed. Purpose of the studies in the field of tourism is an advantage.
• Analytical person, proactive and positive, customer-oriented, good communication ability and team spirit.
• Ability to solve multiple tasks in parallel and perform in routine activities.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
